Volvo Motorsports values customer privacy. Accordingly, we make all customers a simple
guarantee. In no way will VMS provide third parties with customer
information, unless we have obtained express prior consent. Provide includes,
but is not limited to, selling, renting, giving and trading. VMS does not
use customer information for any purpose other than order dispatch and
newsletter circulation (which you may opt out of).
If a warrant is provided by a United States executive branch, customer
information will be released accordingly. In this case, the customer will always
be notified.
