Volvo Motorsports Shipping Policy
Volvo Motorsports ships orders using UPS or USPS, selectable at checkout. Insurance is not
provided by default, but is available on request. VMS reserves the right to
provide mandatory insurance on high value items.
All shipped orders are trackable online, at the addresses provided below:

Shipping time varies, and more information can be found during the checkout
process. With both UPS and USPS, priority or expedited services are available.
For all priority services (such as next day or two day), orders must be received
by 12 noon. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next working
day. Remember, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the delivery schedule.
Saturday delivery may be available for certain orders; for more information,
contact VMS.
VMS are happy to provide a customer specified shipper, however a surcharge may
be added to your order accordingly. Contact VMS to query customer specified
shippers.
All insurance claims are handled by VMS; in such cases a replacement item will
be dispatched to you as soon as VMS can confirm non-delivery.
All products can be picked up directly from VMS at our Evansville, IN location.
You must call ahead to arrange a time and date for any pickup orders.
Payment for pickup orders can be made either in advance or at pickup using a
charge card, check, money order, cash or PayPal. Cash payments should be made at
pickup and PayPal payments should be made in advance.

VMS does not offer credit. If you cannot provide payment before or at pickup,
products will not be available.
VMS strives to be as accommodating as possible with regard to shipping your
order. Contact VMS should you have any additional requests that are not already
described above.
VMS reserves the right to change this policy at any time, without prior warning.
Volvo Motorsports Returns Policy
VMS appreciates that from time to time, orders will need to be returned. Return
instructions should be read carefully, as mistakes can delay refund/replacement.
Damaged Items: Damaged or faulty items can be returned immediately for a
replacement or refund. VMS appreciates that damage can occur in transit.
Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded for damaged items. Customers
have the option to request that VMS files an insurance claim with the shipper,
in which case the original shipping and return shipping may be refunded, at the
shipper’s discretion. –Must be returned within 15 days, Must be unused–
Shipping Error: Shipping error includes incorrect items, duplicate items,
missing items, mis-specified items. Note that items may not always appear as
pictured. In the event of a shipping error, VMS will pay for the return shipping
(if applicable) and the reshipping. Refunds may be requested in the event of a
shipping error, however the conditions below for unwanted items will be
followed. –Must be returned within 15 days, Must be unused–
Unwanted Items: Orders containing unwanted items can be returned in whole
or in part, however return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Orders returned
for refund are subject to a restocking fee, at the discretion of VMS. Orders
returned for replacement or VMS credit are not subject to a fee. –Must be
returned within 15 days, Must be unused–
Customer Damaged Items: Cannot be returned. Customers should check with
their insurer for possible insurance of high value items.
Warranty Items: Items that are covered by warranty may be returned for a
replacement item, or store credit if a replacement is not available. Warranty
information will be listed with the product. Note that most warranty policies do
not cover general wear and tear. Contact VMS for product specific warranty
details. –Must be returned within warranty timeframe–
Returning an item to VMS:
1) Contact VMS for an RMA #. Include this number on the shipping box and
somewhere inside the package.
2) Pack the item well, if possible use the original shipping material.
3) Address the package Volvo Motorsports, 1525 N. Heidelbach ave., Evansville,
IN 47711
4) Ship the package using a courier of choice. VMS recommends UPS and USPS.
5) VMS cannot take responsibility for items returned without insurance.
Note: Customers may return the item directly to the Evansville, IN location.
Check with VMS before returning an item to location.
